World class surfer Tony Silvagni on success, competitions, and staying injury free HGP#003

Joining the podcast today is world class professional surfer, Tony Silvagni. Tony began surfing in 1993 on Hamlet Avenue in Carolina Beach, NC. He has competed for over 25 years and is currently ranked 9th in the world for pro longboard. He has won numerous awards and even a gold and bronze medals. Tony was most recently recognized as a positive role model in his community and awarded with a key to the town . Tony is a inspiration to all those who meet him, full of positive vibes, and always wearing a smile on his face.
